Mitch Daniels (Finally) Takes a Victory Lap
In the WSJ Mitch Daniels lays out one of his two major health care initiatives: Health Savings Accounts for state workers. As usual his logic is sound and his facts well grounded. However, he is once again two modest. HSAs contain costs, but the other major challenge facing our health care system is that of coverage expansion. Governor Daniels has expanded coverage in his state (again, using free market solutions) with his Healthy Indiana Plan. You can read about it in a previous post.
