Below is a list of sites that I frequent --- please leave sites focused on Republican (or conservative) renewal/innovation/ideas in the comments section and I'll check them out.

TheNextRight: Multiple posters focused on the next generation of conservatism. A great example that individuals with different views can debate and discuss in a civil manner as they work to find the best ideas. Favorite poster: Jon Henke.

Ktracy.com: Conservative who understands that Republicans need to break out from their base. Writes extensively (and intelligently) on foreign policy.

Mark Ambinder: Very insightful political blog written by a DC-based journalist. Contains a number of posts regarding the future of the Republican Party.

FiveThirtyEight: Progressive/liberal blog, but strong reasoning and powerful ideas --- an example of the intellectual firepower that will be brought to bear on the next generation of Republican ideas. (As an aside, I'd rather have the right ideas than the right politics.)

RebuildtheParty: Group focused on using technology to rebuild the Republican party, along with running younger candidates for office.

PatCleary.com: Former flack at NAM, writes infrequently, but strikes the right tone between knowledgeable and snarky.

The Atlantic Idea of the Day: Not necessarily focused on politics and policy, but the focus on ideas is a fantastic example of intellectual vibrancy.

Ashok Karra: Site does a great job of finding, summarizing and referring back to relevant and interesting news items.

Truth Laid Bear: A great site that tracks blog audiences --- and the proprietor is active in the open government movement.

CBO Directors Blog: Written by CBO Director Doug Elmendorf, he does a fantastic job discussing the methodology behind how CBO does its work. If you are a policy geek and like to debate the efficacy of probabalistic and deterministic modeling, this is for you.
